01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with 299 beat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the 299 beat Platform or any related exclusion register.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or funding the account of, any third party.
• You are the sole and legitimate owner of the payment method used to fund your Account.
• You understand the rules of the games and sports markets available on the Platform before placing wagers.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account.

299 beat reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any Player at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 299 beat will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and operated to serve players based in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you represent that you are currently located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and casino services does not violate any applicable local law. 299 beat makes no representations as to whether use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

03 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 299 beat Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number (to which your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet is linked), and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and withdrawal PIN. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person under any circumstances. 299 beat will never contact you via live chat, email, or any other channel to request your password or PIN — any message purporting to do so is fraudulent, and you should report it to our support team immediately.

If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 299 beat support at [email protected] without delay and change your password immediately. 299 beat accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

299 beat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed. Verification documents must be submitted as clear, unaltered images or scans. The use of edited or falsified documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

299 beat accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit via MFS is ৳200. The maximum standard deposit is ৳500,000 per transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and will be displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.

Deposits made to a 299 beat account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit is made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are not permitted and may result in the voiding of the deposit and suspension of your account pending investigation.

299 beat does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your MFS provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply its own transaction charges in accordance with its standard fee schedule, over which 299 beat has no control. Players are advised to review their MFS provider's current fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to fund the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during support hours. 299 beat does not apply any withdrawal processing fee.

Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
• The withdrawal must be directed to a mobile wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your 299 beat account.

Failed or Rejected Transactions

These rules are displayed within the relevant betting section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing a bet.

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your available Wallet balance. Bets placed during a temporary technical error or at erroneous odds — where the published odds diverge materially from the market price due to a technical fault — may be voided at 299 beat's discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Wallet.

Market availability varies by event, and 299 beat does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular market. 06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 299 beat offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using duplicate accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and the closure of duplicate accounts.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 299 beat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether directly, through a third party, or through automated means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, submitting forged documents, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a suspension, or any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or sports event available on the Platform.

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 299 beat cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected financial crime involving Platform transactions.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing account credentials with a minor.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by 299 beat

299 beat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests submitted during the suspension period will be held until the investigation is resolved.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 299 beat support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 299 beat's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

299 beat shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or 299 beat had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of revenue arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or bet voidings.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from reliance on odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform that are later found to contain errors due to data-feed failures.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 299 beat makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability — particularly during high-traffic periods such as BPL fixtures and T20 World Cup matches — we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary periods of unavailability.

10 Amendments to These Terms

299 beat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — for example, changes that significantly affect player rights, financial obligations, or responsible gaming provisions — 299 beat will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit a closure request to 299 beat support before the effective date of the amendments.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time of any disputed event shall apply to the resolution of that dispute. 299 beat maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which is available upon written request to [email protected].

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. Any translation provided for informational convenience shall not be binding and the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
